A question about pricing reaches the person who will write the code - no brief handed down the chain, nobody in between.
Delta-Prim Software has been running since March 2022, but the experience behind it is older than the company. It comes from systems somebody actually has to keep alive: a banking platform at Nest Bank - microservices on Azure and AWS, CRM, contact centre, document processing, data anonymisation, speech analysis. Before that, cloud services for a UK telecoms provider and tooling for the energy sector, integrated all the way down to the mainframe.
We don't stop at the code. Terraform, Kubernetes, Event Hubs, OpenTelemetry, Grafana and the cloud bill at the end of the month are the same job as the C# in the editor - a system that can't fail quietly is designed from both ends at once.
We work as a team of engineers. Whoever discusses the requirements with you is the person who then sits in that code, so the context doesn't get lost along the way.

- Web applications
- Systems somebody depends on every working day - CRM, customer service consoles, internal tooling. .NET 8, Minimal API, from the first commit to running in production.
- Cloud and microservices
- Azure and AWS: Lambda, Event Hubs, Blob Storage, Kubernetes, Terraform. A release described in code rather than in a wiki page, and telemetry that shows the outage before the customer's phone call does.
- Integrations
- Joining systems that were never designed to talk to each other - from Dynamics 365 down to DB2 and the mainframe. Usually the oldest one matters most.
- AI where it actually solves something
- Document processing and classification, data anonymisation, speech analysis on recorded calls. Shipped inside a bank, so under the same rules as the rest of the system.
- Ongoing development and maintenance
- Taking over an existing codebase and carrying it forward - including the kind whose authors are no longer with the company. Moving older components onto current .NET without a gap in service.
- Websites
- A web presence that loads fast and works on every device. This site is one example. Another is pointly.pl.
